By using our website, purchasing tickets, reserving a table, or opting in to our communications, you agree to these terms.

Reservations and tickets. Reservations and tickets are subject to availability and any stated drink minimums, age requirements (21+ where applicable), and venue policies. Payment is handled at the point of sale.

SMS/text messaging program. Gilles Signature (Artisound LLC) sends recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages — reservation confirmations, event reminders, and occasional promotions — to customers who opt in. By opting in, you consent to receive these messages at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time; after you text STOP we will send one confirmation and then stop messaging you. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change.

Age requirement. Our services and messaging are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older (21+ where alcohol is served). By opting in you confirm you meet this age requirement.

Privacy. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.gillessignature.com/privacy-policy and linked from our opt-in form. It explains what we collect, how we use it, and that mobile opt-in information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.

Acceptable use and changes. You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse our services. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
