We advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and use the Meta Pixel and similar tools on our
website and ticketing pages. These tools use cookies to tell us how people interact with our ads and website.
They also allow Meta to use information about your visits to our website to show you our ads on other sites
and apps.
You can opt out of this by adjusting your ad settings in Facebook or Instagram, disabling cookies in your
browser, or emailing us at info@gillessignature.com. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of our website
work.
Do Not Track. Our website does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
Marketing messages
If you give us your email address or phone number, we may contact you about our events and services. You
can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, replying STOP to a text message, or
writing to us at the email address below. We will still contact you about an event you have booked.
Text messages. We send marketing text messages only to people who have agreed to receive them.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. We
do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing
purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing described in this policy.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information for money.
We share personal information only with:
• service providers who work on our behalf, such as our email platform, CRM, ticketing partner (Eventbrite),
payment processors, advertising platforms and IT providers
• venues and suppliers involved in delivering your event, where this is necessary to organize it

As described under “Advertising and analytics,” Meta may use information collected through the Meta Pixel
to show you our ads. If our business is sold or reorganized, personal information may be transferred as part
of that transaction.
How long we keep your information
We keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, tax and
accounting obligations, normally up to five years after our last interaction with you. Marketing contacts are
kept until you unsubscribe.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No
method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children
Our website and services are intended for adults. Many of our events serve alcohol and are limited to guests
21 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child

Our website and ads may link to third-party sites, such as Eventbrite. We are not responsible for the privacy
practices of those sites. Please read their privacy policies.
